Motorbike Rental:
• All bikes fitted with Bike Trac as standard
• Mileage maximum, not included - no limit
• Full to full fuel (If the fuel is not returned full, a charge of £2.50 per litre will be taken from deposit.)
• Full roadside assistance included
• Full cover insurance included for rider only no pillions
• We can provide tailored pricing for long term motorcycle hire
• Our charges are simple. There are no hidden booking fees
• We will always give you the best deal that we can
• We also know what it costs to run and maintain our motorcycles in the condition that you expect to find them.
• Call to discuss your plans and we will provide the best hire package available in the south of England. All our published rates include VAT sales tax, insurance, and breakdown cover.
Requirements: Minimum 21 years old. 3 years old "A/A2" Driving License.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Rental Duration
All rentals are based on 24-hour periods. For example, if you collect a motorcycle at 9:00 AM and return it after 9:00 AM the next day, an additional day’s hire will be charged.
2. Booking & Deposits
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send an email with payment instructions for the rental deposit.

For 1–3 motorcycles: a deposit of £100 per bike is required

For 4 or more bikes: we require 25% of the rental fee per motorcycle

Deposits must be paid within 7 days of the email to secure your booking

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the hire date are eligible for a full refund
-
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in a non-refundable deposit
-
Shortening the hire period with less than 7 days' notice will not reduce the rental fee
3. Identification Requirements
You must present:

A valid motorcycle licence
-
A second form of photo ID (e.g., passport or national ID card)
-
Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, council tax notice, or bank statement)
We do not accept mobile phone bills or credit card statements as proof of address.
4. Mileage Policy
A daily mileage limit of 300 miles applies, averaged over your rental period. Additional mileage is charged at £0.10 per mile. Please let us know in advance if you expect to exceed this.
5. Fines & Traffic Offences
You are responsible for any traffic or parking offences incurred during your rental. Please inform us of any penalties received during your hire period.
6. Damage & Excess
You are liable for any damage to the motorcycle up to the agreed insurance excess.

Damage is assessed and repaired in-house to manufacturer standards

If the bike is returned outside of workshop hours (e.g., Sundays or Mondays), we will take an interim charge of 50% of the excess, subject to final assessment

Damage to tyres and panels (e.g., panniers or fairings) is assessed proportionally based on wear or severity (see details below)
7. Third-Party Injury Claims
If a claim arises due to an incident involving a riding group, you agree to fully indemnify us and our insurers for any losses suffered as a result.
8. Use Restrictions
Hired motorcycles must not be:

Taken off-road
-
Ridden on unpaved or non-public roads
-
Used for racing, competitions, or events of any kind
9. Travel Outside the UK

Not allowed
10. Motorcycle Availability
If your chosen model is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer an alternative from our fleet or issue a refund.
11. Accidents & Incidents
In the event of an accident:

Exchange insurance details with any third party
-
Report any injury to the police and obtain a report
-
Inform us immediately and provide full cooperation for any insurer enquiries
12. Liability for Charges
You accept responsibility for any:
-
Excess due to damage
-
Penalties, fines, or charges during the rental period
Returning the vehicle with the same fuel level
Ensuring roadworthiness (e.g., oil, tyres).

13. Insurance Coverage
We do not provide personal accident or medical insurance. Customers are advised to ensure they have appropriate coverage.
14. Insurance Eligibility
Rental is subject to approval by our insurance provider. If cover is declined due to your licence or claims history, your deposit will be refunded in full and the hire cancelled.
15. Insurance Provider & Eligibility
Our insurance cover is arranged through Day Insure / Coverplus Ltd.
To be eligible to ride:

You must be aged 25–70
-
Hold a full motorcycle licence for at least 3 years
-
Hire use is for UK only
-
Insurance excess £250
-
Daily insurance rate: £10.00 per day

Have not been involved in any motoring offence involving:
-
Alcohol, Drugs, Careless, dangerous, or reckless driving, Taking a vehicle without consent, within the last 3 years
-
Have not been disqualified from driving in the last 3 years
-
Have not been involved in more than two at-fault accidents or claims in the last 3 years
-
-
Have not been convicted of any Road Traffic Offence or a series of offences resulting in: 9 or more penalty points
-
Have not been convicted in the last 5 years of any criminal offence relating to: Fraud, Robbery, Theft, handling stolen goods, including any prosecution pending
-
Do not have any physical or mental condition where licence terms have been imposed by the DVLA
-
Are not employed as a: Professional entertainer, Professional or semi-professional sportsperson
You must not allow or use the vehicle:

To carry passengers or goods for:
-
Hire or reward
-
Racing
-
Pace making
-
Reliability trials
-
Speed testing
-
Track days
-
Propelling or towing any other vehicle or trailer

For any unlawful purposes
-
To carry more passengers than the vehicle was originally designed to accommodate

If the vehicle has any mechanical failure or structural damage that may cause further damage
-
To be driven by or be under the control of:
-
Any person not licensed to drive the vehicle
-
Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
-
Outside the territorial limits of the United Kingdom
-
To carry pillion passengers on motorbikes
16. Accessories & Electrical Items
Damage caused by accessories (e.g., sat nav mounts or heated gear) will be chargeable.

Only use the motorcycle’s accessory power socket
-
Do not connect devices directly to the battery or wiring
17. Our Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your motorcycle rental
18. Tyres & Panel Damage

If a tyre is damaged, you’ll be charged proportionally based on tread life remaining
-
Replacing a tyre during your hire with the correct type and producing an invoice means no charge
-
Minor scuffs or marks on panels/panniers are charged at £50 per panel. Severe damage requires full panel replacement at cost
19. DVLA Check (UK Licence Holders Only)
We need to verify your licence status using the DVLA check code system. Please visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence within 3 weeks of your hire start date and email us the one-time access code.

This step is mandatory. If we cannot verify your licence details, the rental cannot proceed.
